Weekly club nights.Each Monday is club night with Racketball from 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. and Squash from 7.30 p.m. to 9.45 p.m.. This is open to players of all standards and gives you a chance to meet other members. Come along any time during the evening and play as much or as little as you want in an informal friendly atmosphere. -
Club night competitions. On the first Monday of the each month the club holds a friendly competition at the weekly club night session. This is a mixture of team, tournament and doubles events. -
Leagues. There are Leagues for both Squash and Racketball, which usually mean playing four games a month, with promotions and relegations to keep your games varied and keep you playing with other players of a similar standard. -
Ladders. There are Ladders for both Squash and Racketball. These enable members to play competitive games in addition to or instead of the Leagues without the need to play a certain number of games a month.

Annual Competitions.
The club currently hold the following annual competitions:
Racketball Trophy A Handicapped Racketball Tournament held during January and February.
Squash Championship A Non-Handicapped Squash Competition played towards the end of March over a 24 hour period.
John Jameson Trophy A Handicapped Squash Tournament held during May and June.
Junior Trophy A Non-Handicapped Squash competition played in early July to find the years best Junior Boy and Junior Girl player.
Peter Robertson Trophy A non-handicapped Squash Doubles Tournament played during October and November.
Junior coaching
Anyone ranging from age 12 to 18 can take advantage of regular weekly coaching sessions in a safe environment with "fun" being the paramount objective. There is one Junior club session most weeks. Junior club sessions take place 3:45 to 6pm and are split into appropriate time and standard groups.
Teams
We currently have one team playing in the Plymouth Company Squash Leagues.
