- WE ARE A MEMBER-OWNED CLUB The club is run on a voluntary basis by the members for the sole benefit of the members and is a non-profit making organisation. We have regular committee meetings to discuss the running of the club and annual general meetings at which, members can have their say and the committee is elected.
- WE HAVE A VERY LOW ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE Anual membership is just £80 per year or £100 for couples - Court fees are an amazing £3 per 45 min session!.
- FACILITIES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLEThere is no staffed reception area, but key fob entry ensures the club facilities are available to members 24 hours a day - 7 days a week!
- WE HAVE TWO EXCELLENT QUALITY SQUASH COURTS The club was fully refurbished and updated in 2015 following a substantial Sport England Grant and since then has been continually upgraded and regularly maintained. Both courts are thermostatically controlled which provides adequate heating even on the coldest of days and are overlooked by a balcony allowing a good view of games in progress.
- ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM!Our easy to use online booking system takes the hassle out of organising a game. Simply log on, select the date and time you want to play and you’re ready to go.
- MONTHLY COMPETITIONS Monday evening is club night and most months a friendly competition is organised consisting of a mixture of team, tournament and doubles events for both Squash and Racketball.
- LEAGUES & LADDERS There are monthly Leagues and Ladders for both Squash and Racketball, which give members the opportunity to play regular competitive matches with other players of a similar standard.
- ANNUAL COMPETITIONS A number of annual handicapped and non handicapped club competitions are organised for both Squash & Racketball.
- CLUB TEAMSThe club enters teams in the Plymouth Company Squash Leagues. This provides members additional opportunities to play competitive squash, potentially up to a high level, whilst also adding an additional social element.
- COACHINGWe have experienced coaches who can provide coaching and help to players of all ages and standards.
- ENGLAND SQUASH AFFILIATIONThe club receives regular support and guidance from the games governing body who are recognised by Sport England. This includes among many benefits funding support, access to training programmes, playing the game safely and inclusion in special events.

Tavistock Squash Club is a friendly well administered club that offers a wide range of activities for members. The club runs both Squash and Racketball leagues as well as a weekly club night and afternoon sessions where players of all abilities are welcome. We have two excellent courts well appointed changing facilities for both men and women providing an all round high quality modern sports facility.
